I provide confidential counselling from a comfortable, private therapy room in Hitchin, as well as online sessions via Microsoft Teams.

Each session lasts 50 minutes and typically takes place on a weekly basis. The duration of our work together is entirely your choice—there’s no fixed commitment.

I offer flexible appointment times, including a limited number of evening and weekend sessions. Please feel free to get in touch to explore working together.
